Kathy has several years of real estate experience in Goldsboro and decided that joining Prudential would enable her to better serve her clients. The real estate industry has changed over the years and the majority of sales begin on the internet, Kathy’s clients will have access to optimum search engine exposure complimented by national advertising, television and print campaigns provided by Prudential. Kathy is a native of Goldsboro and a graduate of Goldsboro High School and UNC-W. Kathy enjoys music and sporting events. Kathy and her husband John has 2 children, a daughter Georgia and a son Walker. The Gourley’s are members of St. Paul United Methodist Church.
