One of Peggie's areas of expertise is in buying repossessions and rehabbing them to sell for a profit or to keep for income producing rental property. The new lower interest rates, coupled with the credit crunch requiring higher credit scores, are forcing many buyers to become renters. It can be easier today than ever before to make a profit with investment property. Peggie is a native North Carolinian, raised in Jacksonville and the daughter of a career Marine. She is also celebrating her 20th wedding anniversary to an active duty Air Force Master Sergeant this week. Peggie's the mother of two; a senior at CBA and a 7th grader at EWM.
