Gay was previously Vice President of Operations at Wayne Realty where she was active in both residential and commercial real estate sales as well as commercial and residential property management. Gay is a native of Wayne County and growing up in our community has given her a special appreciation for the history of Wayne County and an interest in bringing our historic district back to its former prominence. It takes a special agent to work with first time home buyers and Gay's experience in working with high school and college people along with being Wayne Country Day's biggest sports fans have given her special skills and a particular enjoyment of working with young people and helping them find their first home.
